On the right hand side of the dashboard homepage, you’ll find a helpful library of important documents that are available for download in PDF format, such as your previous years’ accounts or incorporation certificates.
If you require anything specific, such as VAT registration certificates or Insurance Verification documents (if applicable), please contact us directly and we will be able to assist you further.
In order to make any changes you’ll need to ask us to unlock the relevant batch. Click on 'Request Unlock' in the Manage Batches section.
To the right-hand side of your funds on the dashboard homepage, you’ll find a handy calendar. This highlights all the important deadlines for tax, accounts and statutory filing.
The batch summary on the dashboard is probably the most important feature. Each month (or ‘batch’ as we like to call them) groups all of your financial transactions for that period.
You need to make sure that you have completed everything by entering all invoices, expenses and that your bank statements have been uploaded and matched before submitting each batch to us.
Once you've clicked ‘submit’, you will be asked to confirm whether you would like to submit the batch. Simply click 'Ok' and you’ll be informed if your batch has been successfully submitted.
